Hi! Welcome to our Historical Investigation (HI) site! Here, we have the sources and inferences done by our group mates, Davita, Charlene, Jessica, Min, Sehnaz and Snega. The HI question we have chosen is “What was life like for the Chinese in colonial Singapore before World War II?” We chose this question because we were intrigued by the rich diversity of Chinese history and culture. The aspects we have focused on are the occupations, the pastimes, the religious life and the living conditions of the Chinese. Enjoy!
